Job Description:
Graphic Design Intern

Position Summary:
The Graphic Design Intern is responsible for providing support for AP The Creative through a variety of channels including print, digital, web, and others as assigned. The Graphic Design intern will report to Alex, the owner, and will assist with the development and design of core client’s graphics, collateral event materials and a variety of other creative tasks as assigned.

The Graphic Design Intern’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
• Resizing digital ads
• Designing social media graphics
• Creating Keynote/PPT slideshow templates
• Creating templates in InDesign and Canva
• Blog content research and writing for design specific topics
• Mockup Implementation
• Building out brand guidelines
• Assist with initial stages of branding
• Assist with collateral updates
• Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Majoring in graphic design and/or marketing and currently enrolled at a University
• MUST be proficient in basic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite (Focusing on Illustrator and InDesign). Writing and proofing skills are also required.
• Basic knowledge in Canva
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• Organized, dependable and detail oriented
• Quick Learner and Efficient
• High sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure

Note: This is a remote position. 

Hours: To Be Determined

Compensation: College Credit
